server error 500 on unlockable directory upload #211

Uploading to a locked directory cause Server error 500 instead of
some user message.

Completed 500 Internal Server Error in 82ms

DmsfLockError (Unlock failed - resource parent is locked):
  plugins/redmine_dmsf/lib/redmine_dmsf/lockable.rb:90:in `unlock!'

This is DMSF plugin version:
Environment:
  Redmine version                          2.3.1.stable
  Ruby version                             1.8.7 (x86_64-linux)
  Rails version                            3.2.13
  Environment                              production
  Database adapter                         PostgreSQL
Redmine plugins:
 redmine_dmsf                             1.4.5p1 stable
