Create Folder via webdav #215

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. mount the webdav export
2. configure it to be writable
3. check if you can create files
4. try to create a folder

What is the expected output?
  a new folder

What do you see instead?
 an error message depending on the used webdav client

What version of the DMSF and Redmine are you using?
  Redmine version                2.4.2.stable.12743
  Ruby version                   2.0.0-p0 (2013-02-24) [x86_64-linux]
  Rails version                  3.2.16
  redmine_dmsf                   1.4.7 stable

On what browser and operating system?
  *nix: dolphin & nautilus
  Windows 8: explorer
  MacOS: Finder

Please provide any additional information below.
  renaming a file or folder fails too.
