Keep favorite stations hardly #13

Sometimes stations can be purged from the SHOUTcast server from booth: genres 
list and stations ids.

You unable to listen your favorite stations because playlist returned by 
SHOUTcast is empty.

I'm thinking about how to keep old playlist for all stations marked as favorite.

not fixed, shoutcast kill a destination url.
