What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Možnost nastavit si, zda panel s informacemi o kešce může přistupovat k
internetu. Problém je v tom, že pokud nepoužívám mobilní internet, vždy 
při
prvním zobrazení informací o kešce začne automaticky vytáčet, aby stáhl
obrázky...
