Opakovaný import již existující cache #29

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Menu -> POI Manager -> Menu -> Import
2. opakovaně importovat jeden a týž soubor

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Již existující keše se přidávají znovu a znovu (zkoušel jsem celkem 4x, 
ale myslím, že by to šlo stále), takže v seznamu jsou potom opakovaně.

Přidal jsem kontrolu na existenci záznamu, pokud již existuje, není import 
proveden.

i agree with pb.p3t3... it does get a little bit irritating after a while to 
get 
the same cache a few times with subsequent imports...

I think, such cache (i.e. repeating one) should get overwritten (instead of not 
being imported as, as far as I think I understand, pb.p3t3 suggests) so e.g. 
new 
logs and other info get updated in such import...
