What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start application
2. Select GPS On
3. Notice no GPS information
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
o Expect GPS information
o Saw Compass, etc. but without information
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
o Richesse-GPS v2.1
o WM6.1 Pro
Please provide any additional information below.
o GPS info says running but no satellites or position information
o GPS works fine with Google Maps
o Com port matches phone com port program access setting (COM1)
o Google Maps works with the option "Managed by Windows"
o Since this device has a square screen, the bottom information is cut-off
as reported previously by another user.
Otherwise, I really like the application and look forward to trying it again.
