Add a track manager.
* it will maintain track
* RichesseGPS will log position in specified interval (will be set when
creating a new track)
* it will analyze the data, calculating difference in elevation, average
speed and similar statistic info
* it will show it on a track properties dialog
* there will be an export to KML file, so that user can display the info
on google maps.
