I don't know the status of the Mali400 drivers the Linaro team works on; but we 
should investigate.

Hardkernel Will probably receive ddk binary and headers to be able to build 
everything needed from here:

They are supposed to get it in middle of December... Then we could possibly 
have 2d and 3d acceleration in X11..

I wonder if those bin blobs will be made public...

Note: VPU support is a separate matter
