What feature is required
usb touchscreen driver

Describe what component of PicUntu needs to be changed
Adding generic or popular touchscreen driver to the kernel/OS (eGalax, 
Elotouch...)

What is the desired output
Allow user to interact via the touchscreen besides mouse and keyboard.
