sr.c module required for udev to automatically create /dev/srX for CD/DVD access #46

The driver rk3066-kernel/drivers/scsi/sr.c needs to be included in the next 
build to
allow udev to automatically create the device /dev/srX (and therefore 
cdrom/cdrw/dvd) when an external USB optical device is attached.  As it is now, 
the devices are detected, but the corresponding /dev entries are not created 
(because no driver for them).
