Slow sorting within SortableTable widget. #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a SortableTable with a lot of items eg 25+. This can be done
using the test. Need to investigate, improve speed of rebuild/sort.

This has been noted as an issue within GWT with a performance issue cited for 
Table
panel widgets.

Fixed involved new GWT release and code change to SortableTable class.
