rocket IoC isn't supported Localization.... #45

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. IoC isn't supported place-holder localization.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 >> place-holder's localization is required. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 >> gwt : v.1.4.61
 >> rocket-gwt : v.0.46
 >> os : windows xp

Please provide any additional information below.

Do you have any ideas how location might work with the current/future 
placeholder
support ?

As an interim i would probably advise that localisation text should come from 
gwt's
current localisation mechanism. The placeholder thing is meant more for 
application
customisation eg urls etc.
