Starred and unread items

1. Add feeds
2. Mark as read some items and put a star on some of them (read and unread)
3. Click on "starred items"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It should display starred items, that's ok, but all the feeds have their 
'unread items number' changed to the number of starred items they have. Is it 
voluntary ?
It seems not to be useful since we can read them directly on the right, and if 
we click on a feed it returns to all the unread items (depending on choice)
Same thing for the total at the bottom of the feeds list

Also:
With the "starred items" selected, the choice changes to: "All" even if we had 
selected "Only unread items" it seems to be a good thing, I thought about 
asking it BUT, when I return to the normal feeds, they also display "all" their 
items.
Every time I go to the starred items it change the parameter to "all" for all 
feeds

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- 1.7 freshly upgraded with firefox 3.6 on ubuntu
- Server is Linux too on a paid hoster

Please provide any additional information below.
