Feature Request: mark all messages in a feed as read #87

I have several low-priority, high-volume feeds that I rarely read (for example 
Hacker News). After a month or so these feeds may well have 10.000 unread items.

The current functionality of rsslounge is that only items that are currently 
visible can me marked as read ("mark all as read"). This gets unwieldy rather 
quickly when you have thousands of unread items.

My solution at the moment is to update the database directly... For my use case 
the option wouldn't have to be placed somewhere prominently, maybe an 
additional button in the "edit feed" dialog to mark the whole feed as read 
would be sufficient.

I've seen Issue 79 with the same topic, but I think that's more about the 
wording of the "mark all as read" button. The functionality of that button is 
fine as is, though, and I'd just like to have an additional option to mark even 
unseen items as read.
