Percentage rounding not correct #37

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In rtGui it shows a torrent as 100% yet in rTorrent it is still 99%.

<rtgui>
Status Leeching 100 % 13.9 Gb 14.0 Gb 18.8 Kb 13.3 Kb 2.0 Gb 30/445 (3)
0.15 normal
</rtgui>
<rtorrent>
 14258.5 / 14312.4 MB Rate:  18.0 /  23.0 KB Uploaded:  2089.7 MB [99%]  0d
 0:39 [   R: 0.15]
</rtorrent>

Perhaps this is an issue with rounding up instead of cutting off the float
part?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
rtgui 0.2.3, rTorrent 0.8.2/0.12.2, Gentoo Linux 2.6.24-gentoo-r8-amd64

Also want to add to this another 'minor' issue.
When you truly finish a torrent it still continues to say leeching, instead of
seeding.
Even when stopping/resuming the torrent or refreshing the page it won't change.

I guess I'm being a bit ridiculous with these small bugs :P

The percentage issue I can fix.

The status of the torrent (leeching/seeding) etc is very likely due to using an
unstable release of rtorrent.

Alright, I'll test the status with some other rTorrent svn revisions, then if
the
problem continues to occur I'll let you know.
It's nothing serious anyway.

Looking forward to rtgui's next version. :)
