Downloads dont stop #88

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set rtorrent to watch a directory
2. Put several files to donwload simultaneously
3. Try to stop a file from rtgui (stop button in the main list)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The file stops but it restart automatically (it only stops if I use ctrl+k
at the console)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
rtgui 2.7, rTorrent 0.8.2/0.12.2, ubuntu (ext4 filesystem)

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm not sure if its a rtgui issue, I guess that it could use the same
command as ctrl+k (if not) to stop downloading a file.

I've also noted this behaviour, but AFAIK it's an rtorrent bug.
