Pause not working #103

Hi All,

We are using rtmplite media server to record and stream videos. At the client 
side we used videoio. The recorded video is playing fine without any issues but 
when we pause the video and try to play it again its not working. The video 
keeps on loading. Kindly let me know the issue. We also want to know how to go 
backward and forward in the video.
