Add video transcoding between Flash Player and H.264 endpoint #38

Seems like Video is in huge demand...
Need to evaluate what it takes and whether it is feasible in realtime to 
transcode between Sorenson and H.264.

it's hard Kundan to transcode in realtime H.264, the best would be use 
ByteArray to capture raw microphone on the client machine and use C libraries 
of X.264 for example inside actionscript

Seems that the version 11 of FlashPlayer will have H264 realtime encode for 
webcam... and also G711 on the road.. but for now it's in adobe labs...
