Integrate Merb adapter into mainline client #27

Some time ago Andrew O'Brien contributed code for a Merb adapter for
RubyCAS-Client. This should have been included in the client distro a long
time ago:

Just merged and fixed small bug.

Some additional cosmetic work to be done.

This is now pretty much completed, including documentation.

It's in git for now at http://github.com/gunark/rubycas-client/tree/master

Will get pushed into a proper release in the near future.
