What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Everytime after successful login
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After: "Receipt has a proxy-granting ticket IOU. Attempting to retrieve the 
proxy-granting ticket..."
I get: "
CASClient::CASException (Invalid pgt_iou specified. Perhaps this pgt has 
already been retrieved?)"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
server: CASino (latest) from rbCAS
myportal: rubycas-client(2.3.10.rc1) + rubycas-client-rails(0.1.1)
cas-proxy: rubycas-client(2.3.10.rc1) + rubycas-client-rails(0.1.1)
ruby 1.9.3
rails 3.2.14
webrick for all of them (using SSL, valid certificate)
ubuntu 12.04
