License terms mismatch under the README license section #9

Most places the LGPL is mentioned as the license term. However, under the
License section of the README says the terms are GPL.

Would be good to keep it consistant.

Okay fixed (in svn). Should have been LGPL not GPL. Thanks for pointing this 
out.
