Any more than 1 OTA lineup sage presents as same source name. #370

1. When adding more than one OTA lineup (different zip codes), Sage gives them 
the same name and sees them as the same lineup. Thus when adding the second 
source/lineup/zipcode, you are only given the option of copying the first 
source lineup or creating a second separately configurable lineup from the 
first lineup. I think the stock Sage OTA lineups are presented by zip code (OTA 
33809, OTA 33837, etc..).
