Save Last Map View #109

When viewing the map, a user might click several checkboxes to customize the 
map (e.g. View only "Open" or "Closed"). If the person goes to a different 
portion of the website (e.g. to edit or enter a work order) and comes back to 
the map, then the last map view should be saved.
