This mobile interface is a subset of the Mobile Assessment/Intake/New work
Order Form (Issue 121). It is for use by Team Leaders who simply want to
report the status of an assigned work order.
After searching for the work order by Work order number, name, phone number, or
address, etc. the interface displays basic identifiers (Work order number,
name, address, phone number), and then gives users an easy way to fill out the
following information in the "Claim, Status and Report" section of the Work
Order Interface.
* Claim for [Organization name]:
* Current Status:
* Volunteers:
* Hours per volunteer:
* Initials of resident present during work:
* Status notes:
Make the interface as easy to use as possible.
All of the logic that applies to the Assessment/Intake/New Work Order Form
applies here, too (See e.g. Issue 66).
Note- it might be wise to create a separate mobile home page with links to this
and the other mobile interfaces.
