Chose a new Name for "CWOS" #124

This project got stuck with the descriptive title, "Collaborative Work Order 
System" (CWOS) because I didn't have the extra brainpower to think of a better 
name during Hurricane Sandy cleanup.  I would really like others to chime in 
and suggest a better name.

Crisis Cleanup! Today I registered crisiscleanup.org and crisiscleanup.us. I 
also registered the Twitter handle, crisiscleanup.
