Add a "Txt Msg" button to the info box. When you click this button, enter a
team leader's phone number, and the work order's Number, name, phone number,
address, and work type (e.g. Flood). That information is sent via txt/SMS to
the team leader's cell phone.
After they enter the phone number, prompt the user, "Do you want to assign this
work order to Phone number "123-456-7890"? If so, the work order status is
changed to Open, assigned (and claimed by the organization).
This will probably require integration with the Twillio/Tropo API. I'll see if
I can work out a special deal with those guys.
Alternatively, we may be able to use a single Google Voice phone number... but
this seems unlikely.
