Audit Trail/ Log

Once a person authenticates (e.g. chooses an organization, enters the org. 
password, and their name), most of their actions should be captured in a 
database log/ audit trail.  At a minimum, the database log should contain the 
following information:

DateTimestamp
IP Address
Organization
Name
Work Order ID Affected (if any)
Organization Record ID Affected (if any)
Action (e.g. check out, change status to..., view work order on map, approve 
check in and reassignment to other org, etc.)
Emails Associated with transaction (e.g., if the person emails a work order to 
someone, the emails to which the work orders were sent)
