New Feature Request Tool #39

Shortly after the launch of this tool, I will be flooded with feature requests 
and bug reports.  It would be nice to have a repository where I can review 
feature requests and migrate those with the highest priority into a tool like 
this.

People are going to email me saying, "Hey, I really need the tool to do X..." 
or "Wouldn't it be great if..." or "I can't believe 

I want to reply with an email like, "Guess what, we're all volunteers, and I'm 
providing this tool for free.  If you'd like to report a bug or make a feature 
request, go to https://sandy-disaster-recovery.appspot.com/feature-request and 
fill out the form with as much detail as possible.  We'll review the request 
and prioritize it.

"If you are willing to donate Python programmers to this project, I'm happy to 
expedite your request."

I recommend using a Google Spreadsheets Form for this task. Then you can 
manually add the issue requests to 
https://code.google.com/p/sandy-disaster-recovery/issues/entry.

For advanced users, just send them directly to 
https://code.google.com/p/sandy-disaster-recovery/issues/entry.

You could even provide multiple forms, for feature requests or bugs.

I'm assigning this to you. Please mark it as fixed with links to the forms once 
you create them.
