Each organization will be responsible for safeguarding its own password, and 
may change it from time to time by request.  A person may click "forgot 
password" and the following will happen:

A dialog box will open: "Please enter your name and email address below. Once 
you click 'request,' the primary contact for [Organization Name] will receive 
your request.  If the request is approved, you will receive an email with the 
password."
