Advanced Authentication Requirements

"Sorry I didn't add this before it was fixed.... Authentication should consist 
of three steps:
1. Chose from a drop-down list of organizations.
2. Enter the organizational password. (must match password on file)
3. Enter Your Name (must be non-null)

Authentication should last for the current session.  Log logins and ip 
addresses for six months."

We have basic authentication, and I don't consider these remaining items 
necessary for launch.
