Default Lat/Long Bug #44

On New Work Order submission form, click in the zip code field, then click in 
another field without entering a zip code. Lat/long defaults to 37.09024, 
-95.71289100000001 or Independence, KS.

I'd prefer that it default to 0.0000, 0.0000 if anything.

OK, I think I fixed this. It shouldn't do a search now without getting at least 
some data in the address field and at least one of the other location fields.
