Add Legend & Eliminate Street View

Please upload the attached image file as a legend on the map, on top of the 
typical semi-transparent box that everything else goes in. SIZE TO FIT. I don't 
care what size it is, or where it goes.

With the legend, screen space is quickly getting eaten up.  Therefore, we 
should just nix street view for now. It's cool, but not necessary.  The only 
reason disaster recovery people would want to look at the street view is to see 
how terrible it looks; Google Street View doesn't help much with that.
