Handle removed references for ReferenceProperty. #54

We need to handle this case: 
http://code.google.com/p/googleappengine/issues/detail?id=426

This can occur with our ReferenceProperties if the referenced property is 
deleted. It can also occur if, while using the high replication datastore, our 
replicas are out of sync.
