I think you mean that you get an SSL certificate warning when you visit that
address. (The hostname does resolve to an IP address.)
We can fix the certificate warning by changing our secure setting to
"optional", and doing an application-level redirect from unsecure URLs to
secure ones (without the www prefix, if any).

Yes, that's probably it. I didn't confirm it myself, but was guiding someone
over the phone. She said, "The bar just turned red." I knew it was a
certificate thing, but couldn't figure out how. Now it makes more sense..
...then she forgot the ".com" on the end. It was a long call ;-)
