Make data more accessible via email

I thought I would share a tip that might help other Incident Captains.  The 
Work Order Maps application is a great tool, but I have been struggling to 
figure out how to share the work orders with our wards since they can't log in 
without having had the training.  I tried copying the print friendly text and 
putting it in an email but that hasn't worked well.  Copying the individual 
pieces of from email is painfully slow.  I finally settled on solution that 
seems to be working pretty well for me.  

1. First I assign work orders to my Stake and make a note of which group I was 
assigning them too.
2. I download the csv for work orders claimed by my stake.
3. I copy rows one at a time for a specific ward to a Google Spreadsheet for 
that ward, and I share the spreadsheet with leaders of that ward.

This allows me to add or remove work orders allowing ward members to easily see 
the changes.  I also just remembered today, that Google spreadsheets allows you 
to add maps to the spreadsheet which will make it even easier for our team 
leaders.
