False Greens on Unauthenticated Maps #87

When visiting the map prior to authentication, some icons that are red appear 
green. This has been reported on Long Island.

Just a reminder: When I go to the generic link to the Google map, 
http://bit.ly/sandyrecoverymap , many work orders are green but when I log in 
they turn red or orange.
