Rename "Work Event" to "Incident"

On Login Screen, rename "Work Event" to "Incident".
Sort Incidents by Date Created, with newest Incident on top.

This is implemented on the login screen. Called "incident", sorted by date 
created, with newest on top.

Hmmm... on https://sandy-helping-hands.appspot.com/authentication, I still see 
"Work event"
