Table types and structures don't appear in inactive list or package $TMP after import

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. import a table type or a structure

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd like to see the imported table types and structures appear in the
inactive list but they don't. after activation (by hand with SE11) they
don't appear in package $TMP in SE80.

What version of SAP are you using?
SAP_ABA Release 640 / Level: 3
SAP_BASIS Release 640 / Level: 3

What version of SAPlink are you using:
0.1.2

Please provide any additional information below.

If I create a new e.g. table type by hand and put it in the package $TMP,
it does appear in the inactive list and in package $TMP in SE80.

We experience this with other some objects as well. We haven't had much success 
in
tracking down the cause of this one yet, but as a temporary solution you can 
use the
to "Rebuild object list".  

Select local objects->right click on $TMP->other features->Rebuild object list

If anyone would like to pick up this bug and fix it, feel free.

I experienced same behavior after importing requests from other systems,having 
same 
System ID ( both 'DEV', same sap version and patch level ). So it's somewhere 
in sap
standard problem.
