hello,
I did install the Web Dynpro for ABAP plugin, which is currently only a beta 
version 
and some issues popped up to me.
- there is no support for mime-objects 
- the caption is missing in the view frame 
- the object doesn't appear in the local object list however it was created as 
one.

  Yes, you are correct.  Mime objects are considered separate transportable objects,
which would need their own plugin.  However, since mime objects are binary, you
should probably just distribute them as a separate file instead of using 
SAPlink.

  we are looking into this one

- the object doesn't appear in the local object list however it was created as 
one.
  We experience this with other some objects as well. We haven't had much success in
tracking down the cause of this one yet, but as a temporary solution you can 
use the
to "Rebuild object list".  Select local objects->right click on $TMP->other
features->Rebuild object list
