installer template program #51

create a stripped down, basic version of saplink that will install a
saplink install nugget.  confused yet?  sorry...This will be the template
program that will be steamrolled into a flat version used as the saplink
installer.  The program should only have one input for the saplink install
nugget and use saplink to install itself.  Once this template program is
steamrolled, it will be distributed as the saplink installer program.

This allows us to always have the most updated versions of saplink in the
installer program and eliminates the need for updating installer manually.
