Dump on Value Help #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select Cube or ODS as object type to add to Nugget or as object type to
export via slinkee
2. Attempt to use value help for the object Name 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: Value help displayed for these object types.

Get: ST22 Dump.

The standard Function Module "REPOSITORY_INFO_SYSTEM_F4" does not work for
 BI object types (CUBE, ODS, ELEM etc).

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
