TTS(Text To Speech) force closing #217

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launching any TTS service enabled app (eg. NightWatch)
2.Launching the TTS service app
3.

What is the expected output?
Expect to have the phone talk to me
What do you see instead?
Force Close

What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)?
5.0.2 Hr3 apps2SD(Sapphire Radio), it worked fine on 5.0.2H
apps2SD(Sapphire Radio)

Hi,
Try to uninstall tts and then reinstall.
It fixed it for me.
