Exchange sync & googlemail - conflicts? [5.0.2Hr5]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. plain G1 (e.g. HTC signed-dream_devphone-img-147201)
2. update to 5.0.2Hr5
3. DO NOT sign in to googlemail account; SKIP this step
4. enable sync with echange server (Emailname, password)
5. enable sync of mail & contacts
6. sync all

All contact features are working, adding / deleting contacts will be 
synced with the exchange´server (2007).(About 913 exchange contacts , 766 
with phone)

7. BUT now enable "market" with sign in to googlemail.

the next contacts sync will nor work (mail is OK).

Following error will be shown (exeption browser):
   java.lang.RuntimeException: No memory in memObj
   java.lang.RuntimeException: No memory in memObj
   android.database.splite.SQLiteException: unable to open database file: 
OMMIT:
   java.lang.IllegalStateExeption: Could't init cursor window

This steps are reproducing my problem.

I would expect: Syncing all contacts. I suppose conflicts with syncing 
exchange AND googlemail.

Can I "disable" syncing with googlemail? 

What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)?
