Include the Sim Toolkit for network providers that support/require it. #338

The feature I would like to see is:
Please include the Sim Toolkit app (attached) in the regular build. It
allows access to operator specific functions stored in the sim card.

The build I want this on is:
the stardad build.

Additional information that may help:
I attached the app, it's the same as the one included in thedude's firmware.
