Double press space to add period not working properly #353

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

For example, when I attempt using the hard-keyboard to add period with
double space I get this:

"That movie sucked . Are you going to see it?"

instead of

"That movie sucked. Are you going to see it?"

What build are you using? Do you have apps-on-sd? What radio? Did you wipe
after flashing (yes if you are on an auto-wipe build)?
