New Djapian version doesn't work with SCT #174

Djapian version that works with SCT is very old.

I've created backward compatible (works with old Djapian 1.7 and new 2.3)
patch. It uses DJAPIAN_DATABASE_PATH setting to point to database folder,
so use of sphsearchboard_post_index is not necessary.

Patch attached.
