Subject for e-mail message about "New Forum Post" is hardcoded in
sphboard/models.py. It doesn't use gettext. Patch attached.

(although email messages will probably need further improvement in the (distant)
future.. because the email message is always sent in the language of the 
currently
logged in user, but not in the language of the user who receives the email :) - 
but
there is currently no way to detect which language the recipient has.. anyway, i
created the new Issue 180 for this enhancement.)
