Signal-distribution "# data points read from segmentation tracks" is confusing #12

This is easily misinterpreted as printing the number of data points read, and 
it is not clear that this is only those within tracks specified as segmentation 
tracks in the segmentation track line.

This should probably be changed to:
1) print the total number of data points read first.
2) if the number of data points read from segmentation tracks is printed at 
all, if it is zero, "Segmentation tracks unspecified" or something like that 
should be printed instead of just the "0".
