Give segtools-signal-distribution trackname translation option. #30

segtools-signal-distribution and segtools-gmtk-paramaters use the same plotting 
machinery to generate graphs. The --trackname-translation and --allow-regex 
options would be logical and practical additions to 
segtools-signal-distribution.
