HTC RADIO working but volume level is not changeable #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Starting HTC Radio with all volumes levels very low
2. FM scan ok
3. Volume Level via loudspeaker und headset much too loud

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
